Last updated: July 22, 2026
1. Service description
Reelvia provides a browser interface that sends supported public Instagram URLs to a configured media provider and displays the returned media options. Features may change or become unavailable without notice.
2. Acceptable use
You may only submit links and download content when you are legally permitted to do so. You must not use the service to infringe copyright, impersonate others, harass people, violate privacy, distribute unlawful material, automate abusive traffic, or interfere with the service.
3. No private-content access
The service does not authorize or support bypassing private accounts, authentication, deleted content, access controls, or regional restrictions.
4. Copyright and permissions
Downloading a file does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, publish, sell, modify, or commercially exploit it. You are responsible for obtaining any required rights or consent.
5. Third-party services
Results depend on Instagram, hosting providers, browsers, and the configured media provider. Their changes, outages, restrictions, and terms may affect this service.
6. Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular file quality, format, duration, or compatibility for every URL.
7. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for how you use downloaded media and for maintaining your own device and network security.
8. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service and legal requirements evolve. Questions about the service or these terms can be sent to support@reelvia.app.
